- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions

- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside with a drizzle of sesame oil.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil. Sear the beef until browned on both sides (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from the pan.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same skillet for 30 seconds before adding bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
- Return beef to the pan along with soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
