  • 1 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray or olive oil.
