  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips or chunks
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  7. Scoop heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly underbaked; they will firm up as they cool.
