- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a bowl, mix chipotle peppers, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
