  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz spaghetti (whole grain or gluten-free)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients and place boneless chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add chopped bell peppers on top of the chicken.
  4. Pour cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth over everything, ensuring it's well coated.
  5. Break uncooked spaghetti into thirds and layer on top, followed by Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until bubbly.
