Instructions

- In another bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly into six bowls. Add different food coloring to each bowl to create vibrant colors.
- Pour each colored batter into its prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool completely before removing from pans.
- Assemble the cake by placing one layer on a serving platter and generously spreading buttercream frosting on top. Repeat with remaining layers and frost the entire cake.
