  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, breadcrumbs, cranberries, herbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Mix until just combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1-2 inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
