  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
