  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
