  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in chopped Snickers until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces before slicing.
