Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in chopped Snickers until evenly distributed.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces before slicing.
