  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Cook bacon in a pan until crispy; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same pan until fragrant (about 1 minute).
