- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place tomato halves cut-side up on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
