Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated; do not overmix.
- Take about two tablespoons of dough, flatten it in your palm, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around it completely.
- Place the stuffed cookies on the baking sheet about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden on the edges but soft in the center.
