  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
