  • 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits (or turkey bacon)
  • 1/4 cup jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen fries evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the fries bake, mix sour cream and hot sauce in a bowl to achieve your desired spiciness.
  3. Once baked, sprinkle hot fries with Creole seasoning generously.
