- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: sesame seeds or chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish, pour the marinade over it, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight).
