Description

Hashbrown Chicken Casserole is the ultimate comfort food, featuring crispy hashbrowns, tender chicken, and a creamy sauce that melds beautifully in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • 32 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix thawed hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
