- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 32 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns (thawed)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix thawed hashbrowns, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
