  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Mince the garlic.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned beef cubes and brown on all sides.
