  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts and cut into bite-sized pieces.
