Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and granulated sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Stir in melted butter. Gradually mix in flour and salt until combined. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
