  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse blueberries under cool water and pat dry. Finely chop the fresh thyme.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped thyme. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
