  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles

  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
