- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill until cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side).
- Boil water in a large pot and cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Stir in flour for about two minutes, then gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
- Reduce heat to low; stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Add garlic powder and paprika.
