  • 4 fresh artichokes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the tops off each artichoke and remove tough outer leaves.
