Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, milk, and eggs until blended. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients while mixing gently.
  4. Fold in diced apples carefully to avoid overmixing.
  5. Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
