- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, blend melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir in cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in flour and espresso powder; then stir in chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Add one egg and coffee powder, blending until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture on top, then repeat with remaining batter and cheesecake.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool before slicing.
