  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 4 Snickers bars (chopped)
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water; mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool slightly; poke holes in it using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  5. Whisk together instant pudding mix and milk until thickened; pour over the poked cake.
  6. Melt peanut butter and half of the caramel sauce together; drizzle over the pudding layer.
  7. Spread whipped topping over the entire cake; sprinkle with chopped Snickers, drizzle remaining caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
