  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the peanut butter chips and chopped Reese's cups until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Scoop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
