  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  4. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Fold fresh raspberries into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish, add dollops of cheesecake mix, and repeat with the remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set but the center is still soft. Let cool before slicing.
