  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts in salted water for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Shred using two forks.
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
