  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup salsa verde
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions
